Locost - filler neck?

 Possible filler neck for my Locost project. Standard Hillman Imp vented filler neck and standard non-vented filler cap. External diameter 2 1/4 inches.

I am checking with the good folk on Locostbuilders forum to see if this could be used in a way to meet IVA mounted in the rear panel.
